Shipping:

       Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.  All orders will be processed in 24 to 48 hrs and shipping will take up to 10 business days for delivery depending upon location (except for backordered products which can take up to 30 to 45 days - see below for our policy on backordered products).  UPS/FedEx tracking numbers will be emailed when package is shipped.  Hawk and Outlaw helmets are shipped FedEx and are NOT sent with signature requirements at package delivery time.  Savin Scalp will not be held responsible for stolen items after confirmed delivery has been made.  If you feel that your item might be stolen please have it shipped where someone will be there to receive it or ship it to your place of work if possible.  Shipping costs are applied at time of order and average about $9-$12 per helmet on single item orders depending on location.  Add approximately $2 combined shipments on multiple item orders.  Overnight shipping (this is overnight plus at minimum 1 to 2 business days for processing) is extra.  You will have to contact us to see if your helmet is eligible for overnight shipping (this is contingent upon inventory levels, the time of day the order is received, and the helmet model.)

     We now offer international shipping but only to places that can receive packages via UPS.  International orders are only taken if paid by credit card and all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges period).  Shipping and duty charges will be applied after ordering.  These charges will be invoiced to your email address via Paypal.  Only upon receiving payment will the order be shipped.  Upon order processing the shipping tracking number will be emailed to you.  We will not be held accountable for stolen items after delivery confirmation has been made.  Please specify if you want insurance at the time of ordering.  Processing time is around 2 to 4 days and shipping from 7 to 18 days dependent upon your location.

     Only Accessories Ordered - is a shipping method for those customers who have only accessories in thier order.  This shipping method will choose the cheapest method(s) to ship your order (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and is only $8.  Anyone who uses this method for helmet orders will be asked to pay full shipping charges and thier order will not ship until full shipping has been paid.

Free Shipping Offer:
      Free shipping offer is extended to purchases that total over $100 dollars in item purchases (this excludes the shipping charges).  Free shipping is only for the lower 48 U.S. states and is UPS/FedEx ground delivery only.  Shipping charges will be charged on initial order and then refunded after order processing and final UPS/FedEx tracking number email which is usually 1 to 3 business days.  Have a happy holiday from us at Savin Scalp Helmets.

Exchanges/Returns:

       BELL, HAWK, OUTLAW, and VOSS helmets may only be exchanged if the item has been damaged during shipping.  The item must be returned within 5 business days of delivery for inspection and resolution.  Due to the high volumes carried of these helmets to keep the incredible prices we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.  Please check your helmet size thoroughly before ordering with the supplied sizing chart.

       All other helmets must have an exchange request made within 10 days of product receipt.  The item(s) must be returned in original packaging and packing materials.  Only new unused items may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY NO REFUNDS!!!  Consumer will be charged for all return shipping charges to warehouse and back again.  Please check your helmet size thoroughly before ordering with the supplied sizing chart.  We pride ourself in great customer service and resolution so please don't hesitate to call if you have a problem.  WE WILL work with you to solve any and all problems.

Backorders:

        The only exception to refunds pertains to BACKORDERED products.  If your item is backordered it may take up to 30 days before the item is in stock again.  If your item is backordered you will receive a phone call from customer service or an email with questions to how you would like to proceed.  You will have the option to have your money refunded or trade for a helmet of equal or lesser value including a refund of any difference.

 Cancellations:

       There will be a $10 dollar charge on any cancelled order.  Please cancel orders within 12 hours after purchase.  We cannot promise that we can find and cancel your package due to the high volume of helmets shipped.  We reserve the option to delete any orders that are suspected to be fraudulent.  Any order of this nature will be contacted with supplied information before deletion.
