What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept most all major credit cards, paypal, money orders, and checks. Checks will be held at least 10 days to be cleared and items will not ship until it clears so please add this time frame on to the shipping if mailing a check.
Do you sell custom helmets?
Not at this time. We only sell what is located on the catalog pages.
Are your Helmets DOT or SNELL approved?
All helmets will be labeled in the product specifications as to their individual safety rating(s).
What does it mean for a helmet to be DOT approved?

How do I know which size of helmet to buy?
Please see our sizing chart for correct helmet sizing. This is an extremely important step before ordering a helmet!
Where do I get replacement visors for my Modular or Full Face Motorcycle Helmet?

Can I exchange my helmet for a different size if the one I ordered doesn't fit?

What do I do if the box is damaged in shipping?
- Take a digital picture of the package before opening if possible (include the shipping label in the picture).
- Pull the helmet out and inspect for damage.
- If the helmet is damaged please contact us then repackage in original packing material and box. Please include your name, pictures, phone number, contact time (if requesting contact by phone), and invoice number on the package in your email or phone message.
